Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: Rs. 300.
• Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,000 (before delivery).

When your order is sent

We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp, then send it within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, not public holidays). Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Once your parcel is with the courier, we message you the courier name and the tracking number.

Couriers

We send every order by a tracked courier, such as TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax or M&P.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider, and check that the parcel is sealed before you pay.

Delivery address and phone

Please check your address and phone number before you order, so the rider can reach you. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we may need to charge for sending it again.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel has not arrived or the tracking has stopped, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
