These terms apply when you buy from us online. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs.). Standard delivery costs Rs. 300. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,000 (before delivery).

How you can pay

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives (cash on delivery). When online card payment is shown at checkout, you can also pay by card through Stripe’s secure page, and that order is prepared once the payment is confirmed.

Your order

When you place an order, we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, and by email if you gave us an address. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if the price on the website was wrong, or if we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Exchanges and returns

Because our products are intimate wear, you can exchange most items within 7 days of receiving them, and refunds are given only for wrong, damaged or faulty items. Please read our Returns & exchanges page for the rules, including the hygiene rule.

Faulty or wrong items

Everything we sell must match its description. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay the courier charges.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
