This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do.

Who we are

We are Veloria London.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and city, your email address if you give one, and what you bought.
• Payments: for cash on delivery we only record that the cash was collected. If you pay by card, it is taken on Stripe’s secure page and we never see or store your full card number.
• Account: if you create an account, your name, email address and a scrambled copy of your password.
• Newsletter: your email address and the date you ticked the box to receive our news.
• Your country: when you open the website we find your country from your IP address, only to show prices in your own currency. We do not keep your IP address. See below.
• The shop itself: a session cookie, so your bag and checkout work, and a small note of your currency. See cookies below.

Why we use it

• To take your order and deliver it, and to call or message you about it.
• To send you order updates, such as the confirmation and the tracking details.
• To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the box. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep sales records for tax and accounts, for as long as the law requires.
• To keep the shop secure and stop fraud.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: the courier that delivers your parcel (for example TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax or M&P), who need your name, phone number and address; Stripe, which handles card payments; the email service that sends our order emails; the company that hosts our website; and a free lookup service (country.is) that is told your IP address, and answers with your country, so we can show prices in your currency. We do not sell your details.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: a session cookie that remembers your bag and keeps checkout secure, a small note that you have seen our cookie notice, and a small note of the currency you see prices in (you can change it at the bottom of any page). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add any, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. Newsletter details are kept until you ask us to stop.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them where we no longer need to keep them, and ask us to stop sending news. To do so, email us at our contact page or message us on WhatsApp. We will answer within 30 days.
