- inDrive delivery is offered for eligible orders and addresses in the areas we serve. We tell you when we confirm your order whether your address is covered.
- For 2-hour delivery, we must confirm and pack your order at least 2 hours (120 minutes) before we close. Orders confirmed later go out the next working day.
- The delivery charge depends on the distance and is told to you before your order goes out.
- Very large orders may be sent by our normal courier instead.
- Delivery times are our best estimate. Traffic, weather and rider availability can change them.

What is inDrive delivery?
Eligible orders are delivered to your door by an inDrive rider, usually within 2 hours after we confirm and pack your order. Whether it is possible for your address is confirmed when we confirm your order.
How does inDrive delivery work?
1. Place your order on our website as usual.
2. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp and tell you if inDrive delivery is possible for your address.
3. We pack your order and hand it to the inDrive rider.
4. We message you the rider details so you can follow your delivery.
2 hours (120 minutes) delivery: when we confirm your order at least 2 hours before we close.
Same day delivery: orders confirmed in the morning, before we open, are delivered that same day.
Next day delivery: orders confirmed in the last 2 hours before we close, or after we close, are delivered the next working day.
How much does inDrive delivery cost?
The charge depends on how far your address is from us. We tell you the exact amount before your order goes out, so there are no surprises.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives, the same as with our normal delivery.
Which orders are not eligible?
Most of our products are small and light, so almost every order can go with inDrive. Very large orders, and addresses outside the areas we serve, are sent by our normal courier. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days.
Can I track my inDrive delivery?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, we send you the rider details and delivery updates on WhatsApp.
Where is inDrive delivery available?
In selected areas of the cities we serve. Your address is checked when we confirm your order, and we tell you straight away if it is covered.
Can I exchange an item I got with inDrive?
Yes. The same rules apply as for every order: you can exchange most items within 7 days of receiving them, if they are unworn, with their tags and with the hygiene seal still on. Please see our Returns and exchanges page.
